Thi Viet Trinh Dang
Ms Trinh Dang is a third-year PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Ian Frazer and Dr Janin Chandra. Her research, focussed on establishing how epithelial proliferation disturbs local tumour antigen presentation to the immune system, uses advanced imaging and genomics technology, and has shown that Langerhans cell function is disturbed at the transcription level, associating with the failure of cytokine signalling from the transformed epithelial cells.
