Amir Shamshirian
A Ph.D. student of Immunopathology at QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute and The University of Queensland. I enthusiastically have touched different research areas related to laboratory medicine, especially cancer research, to find my interest. Now, I am focussing on T cell polarization and the role of cytokines in Graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) prevention and treatment, especially their contrasting effects in both tissue damage and repair.
